Print-on-Demand Products

All of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at store@streetbrewfox.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

No Physical Returns Required

In most cases, defective or incorrect items do not need to be returned. Please do not send items back unless we specifically request it.

Refund Processing

Once your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union Customers

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customized or made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right.
However, this does not affect your rights if an item arrives defective or incorrect.
